💼 About This Role

You'll lead utility-scale solar and energy storage project development in the ERCOT market for a top renewable energy company. You'll drive pipeline growth, permitting, and grid interconnection while collaborating with land, transmission, and finance teams. This role puts you at the forefront of the clean energy transition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute annual goals for project execution and siting
• Acquire new projects and process interconnection applications
• Lead project permitting through LGIA execution
• Evaluate transmission grids and land constraints for new sites
• Manage vendor budgets through SAP system

📋 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of progressive development/origination/solar finance experience
• Deep knowledge of ERCOT market and transmission system
• Experience with solar siting, land acquisition, and permitting
• Comfort leading PPA negotiations and customer relations

✨ Nice to Have

• BS/BA required, MBA preferred
• Familiarity with PVSyst, interconnection studies, financial models
• Experience with public presentations and third-party relations
