You'll develop automation concepts and translate customer requirements into scalable, technically sound solutions for industrial robotic systems. You will bridge sales, engineering, and customers by designing system architectures, evaluating feasibility, and building competitive proposals that push the boundaries of automation.

• Develop automation concepts, layouts, and process flows based on customer requirements.
• Translate RFQs into integrated system architectures across robotics, controls, and IT.
• Assess technical feasibility, performance, and risks.
• Build cost models, project timelines, and support ROI development.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in designing complex material handling systems.
• Solid knowledge of material handling equipment, robotics, grippers, and vision systems.
• Pragmatic mindset to balance cost, quality, lead time, and technology.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with WMS/WES integration and data flows.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance.
• Experience in system layout creation and stakeholder communication.
