💼 About This Role

You'll join the Logistics Operation Center (LOC) team at Coupang Logistics Services, acting as a control tower for the logistics network. You will monitor real-time operations and manage system configurations to ensure speed and reliability. This role offers the chance to directly impact Korea's largest e-commerce logistics network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor real-time logistics flow across FC/Hub/Camp
• Manage volume distribution and capacity configuration
• Validate system configuration changes in operations
• Define KPI dashboards and alert thresholds
• Improve SOPs based on operational data analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2+ years in logistics/operations/data analysis
• Ability to work shift schedules including nights and weekends
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics/retail industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Excel
• Experience with control tower operations
