You will lead a design team to improve and evolve the Retail Classic experience, focusing on checkout flows, reporting analytics, in-store displays, and loyalty/gift cards. Your role involves strategic thinking, resource allocation, and mentoring to drive merchant retention and long-term value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of people management experience on a Design team
• Foundational design-related education (Bachelor of Design or related field)
• Applied experience within the retail industry
• Experience with Agile design sprint methodologies and tools like Figma, Jira
• Fluency in English as a working language

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business objectives into actionable solutions
• Develop and communicate holistic design strategies based on insights
• Lead teams in defining foundational components and evolving the design system
• Provide mentorship and manage team workload and delivery
• Plan and allocate design resources across critical product initiatives
