Description

You will design, lead, and mature the bank's risk function, owning the ERM framework and providing independent second-line oversight across stablecoin issuance, custody, payments, liquidity, and reserves. You'll act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board Risk Committee.

Requirements

• Experience in risk management, preferably in banking or fintech
• Expertise in ERM frameworks and second-line oversight
• Knowledge of stablecoin or digital asset risks
• Ability to present to senior management and board
• Leadership experience in a regulated financial institution

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
• Provide independent second line oversight of risks from stablecoin issuance, custody, payments, liquidity, reserves, and third-party arrangements
• Lead the enterprise-wide risk assessment (EWRA) process
• Develop and maintain risk taxonomy and risk appetite for Board approval
• Advise CEO and Board Risk Committee on risk matters
