You'll lead end-to-end customer onboarding and product implementations for a SaaS platform in financial crime and compliance. You'll act as the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth translation of business and technical requirements into functional solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Translate customer needs into configuration plans and workflows

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with B2B SaaS implementation or configuration

• Strong project management and organizational skills
