- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer across multiple geographies.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and conduct talent market mapping.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide insights.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS platforms like Workday.
- Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- ATS experience with Workday or similar enterprise systems.
