  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS platforms like Workday.
  • Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • ATS experience with Workday or similar enterprise systems.
