You'll assist clients with financial, operational, and tax issues in M&A transactions. You'll conduct quality of earnings and net working capital analyses, and draft client deliverables. You'll collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams and meet deadlines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct research and analysis of financial and accounting issues
• Prepare quality earnings and net working capital analyses
• Participate in executive management interviews with target companies
• Draft sections of reports, presentations, and client deliverables

📋 Requirements

• CPA/CA/MBA Finance/ Bachelor's in Accounting
• 1-2 years of relevant transaction experience
• Advanced Excel skills including SUMIF, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH
