Requirements

• 6+ years in product design, preferably in SaaS or mobile-first
• Portfolio showing strategic thinking and strong execution
• Fluency in Figma and design system tools (e.g., Zeroheight, Storybook)
• Experience with AI tools or functional prototyping
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product design efforts impacting multiple teams
• Conduct discovery and usability research to guide design direction
• Define design strategy balancing user needs, business goals, and feasibility
• Create detailed user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals across web and mobile
• Use AI tools to create functional prototypes for testing and alignment
