Description

You will create bespoke designs for MOO Business Customers across a full product range, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and production specifications while managing a team of junior and mid-weight graphic designers. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, troubleshoot design requests, and consistently meet tight turnaround times.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Advanced retouching and presentation skills
• Fanatical attention to detail
• Digital print knowledge including foil and UV
• 1-3 years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Create bespoke designs for customers across full product range
• Communicate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations for design requests and escalations
• Quality check and resolve print/design issues
• Manage cross-functional RFP responses under tight deadlines
• Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-weight graphic designers
