Description

As a HUMINT Analyst SME at SMX, you will integrate human intelligence with the targeting cycle to disrupt high-value networks. You will oversee tactical interrogation and document exploitation during direct-action missions, manage source validation, and coordinate sensitive activities with national-level agencies. This role requires operating in high-threat environments and providing real-time briefings to senior commanders.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years intelligence experience with 5+ years supporting SOF
• Graduate of advanced Tier-1 HUMINT course (e.g., ASOC, MOTC, DATC)
• Proven track record in grey zone or contested environments
• Mastery of targeting tools and biometric identity management systems (e.g., BAT/HIIDE)

Responsibilities

• Synchronize HUMINT with F3EAD targeting cycle to disrupt high-value networks
• Provide expert oversight for rapid interrogation and tactical DOMEX during direct-action missions
• Manage validation processes to mitigate insider threats and ensure source integrity
• Coordinate sensitive activities with national-level agencies and host nation security elements
• Direct low-visibility operations using specialized technical surveillance equipment
