💼 About This Role

You'll work as a team member supporting the VA's EHR deployment and training project, deploying and setting up IT equipment. You'll ensure computers are properly imaged and configured at various on-site locations. This role combines technical skills with a focus on customer service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Image and configure Windows computers for deployment
• Install and set up hardware including PCs, laptops, and printers
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site
• Transport and unpack IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in imaging and installing computer equipment
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds
• Experience with hardware and software support and troubleshooting
• Must have personal transportation available during work hours

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
• VA Public Trust clearance
• Microsoft Windows desktop deployment experience
