💼 About This Role

You'll own creation and execution of regional enablement programs for the AMER Sales organization at Grafana Labs. Your core impact is improving seller productivity and execution quality through practical, field-centric programs. This role stands out as a senior individual contributor focused purely on Sales Enablement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with AMER Sales leadership to identify skill gaps and priorities
• Create and execute targeted enablement plans for AMER segments
• Build new enablement programs including workshops and simulations
• Measure program effectiveness using sales execution indicators

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, or sales operations in B2B SaaS
• 2+ years prior quota-carrying or equivalent deal-facing experience
• Command of the Message experience required
• MEDDPICC experience required
