You'll be part of Nium, a global leader in real-time cross-border payments. You'll troubleshoot production applications on cloud platforms and ensure system reliability. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge microservice and serverless architectures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve production application issues.
• Monitor microservices and serverless architectures.
• Manage incidents, changes, and releases.
• Automate tasks using scripting and deployment tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years experience supporting production applications on AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Good knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL or MSSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for troubleshooting.
• Experience with build and deploy automation tools like Ansible/Jenkins/Chef.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification in ITIL, COBIT, or Microsoft Operations Framework.
• Experience with scripting languages or shell scripting.
• Familiarity with ELK stack and Kibana.
