💼 About This Role

You'll drive food safety and quality excellence across the Distribution Centre, working with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners. You'll lead initiatives to improve inbounding accuracy, strengthen FEFO management, and reduce supply chain quality errors. This role directly impacts operational compliance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Management System
• Conduct internal audits and GMP inspections with 3PL partners
• Coordinate customer complaint investigations and resolutions
• Lead design and continuous improvement of BRCGS-compliant Quality Management System

📋 Requirements

• Degree qualified in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline
• Proven experience as a Raw Materials Technologist or similar quality role in food industry
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and raw material quality standards
• Familiar with HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and ISO standards
