Description

You will work on a small, collaborative team to solve complex technical challenges, building and optimizing full-stack solutions from front-end interfaces to cloud infrastructure. Your role involves translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code, improving front-end performance, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development. You'll partner closely with designers and contribute to technical documentation, ensuring accessibility and usability across all projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React, modern CSS, and Node.js/API design
• Experience with Vercel, AWS, and Cloudflare infrastructure
• Proven ownership mentality and ability to explore unfamiliar areas independently
• Strong communication skills and user-centric attitude
• Familiarity with AEM or headless CMS environments

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-team initiatives including code reviews, design reviews, and release planning
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
• Optimize front-end performance focusing on load speed, caching, and asset management
• Maintain industry awareness of accessibility (WCAG), usability, and emerging web technologies
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, automate testing, and prototype new features
