💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement scalable backend systems for Unqork's AI-first enterprise platform, used by Goldman Sachs and the U.S. government. Your work will harden and optimize the platform for stability and performance, leading technical standards across code quality and architecture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable backend systems from architecture through deployment
• Lead implementation of backend services, APIs, and data models
• Set technical standards and establish best practices for code quality and architecture
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design to translate business problems into technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant backend engineering experience
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex software systems end-to-end
• Deep knowledge of data modeling and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Strong proficiency in a modern backend language (Node.js preferred)
