💼 About This Role

You'll architect and scale CI/CD and release engineering systems that power software delivery across Hashgraph's internal and open-source platforms. Your work will improve engineering velocity and strengthen deployment reliability for complex distributed systems. You'll lead the engineering strategy for build pipelines, release orchestration, and developer tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve scalable CI/CD systems for multi-product release workflows.
• Design and build developer tooling and deployment automation using GitHub Actions and Kubernetes.
• Improve developer experience by reducing friction in build, test, and deployment processes.
• Drive observability and operational excellence across release systems through monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building production-grade CI/CD platforms or engineering infrastructure.
• Deep experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI for CI/CD systems.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong programming in one or more of: Kotlin, Java, Go, Python, or Bash.

• Experience with large-scale open-source software development workflows.
• Experience with distributed systems, blockchain, or decentralized infrastructure.
• Expertise in Golang and advanced shell automation.
