Description

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Podium, you'll design and build full-stack features that help local businesses connect, grow, and win. You'll collaborate with product and design, make architecture decisions, and mentor teammates while shipping features end-to-end across Elixir/Phoenix and React.

Requirements

• 7+ years building production systems
• Expertise with Elixir/Phoenix or equivalent frameworks like Rails or Django
• Strong frontend experience with React or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch
• Experience owning systems end-to-end and delivering high-quality code

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features end-to-end
• Collaborate with product and design on architecture decisions
• Keep systems running smoothly as the platform scales
• Share knowledge and mentor other engineers
• Review code and contribute to technical direction
