Description

You will design, build, and operate large-scale cloud services that run internet-wide and customer-specific scans, ingest threat intelligence, and surface findings into underwriting and security workflows. You'll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to evolve the scanning platform's architecture and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer on backend or systems-level services
• Proficiency in Python or Go
• Experience with systems design for distributed services
• Hands-on experience building scanning, detection, or similar engine-like systems
• Strong software engineering fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end systems design for key components of the scanning engine
• Design and implement high-quality services in Python and Go
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the scanning engine
• Partner with security, product, and data teams to translate requirements into production-ready systems
• Drive technical excellence and standards in the codebase
