• Assist in negotiating NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements
• Manage commercial tickets within the CLM system
• Optimize integration between CLM and Salesforce
• Develop reports for contract tracking and performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years with CLM and CRM systems
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Located in North America
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
