You'll design and implement routing models for defense logistics networks, encoding constraints like distance, capacity, and risk. Your work ensures optimal executable routes across thousands of assets, supporting real-time operational decisions in high-stakes environments. This role sits at the intersection of operations research and production engineering, solving real-world logistics challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design routing models across transportation and warehousing networks
• Implement and tune routing solvers using exact and heuristic algorithms
• Own routing datasets including nodes, edges, costs, and constraints
• Integrate routing systems into real-time and batch planning pipelines

📋 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python with production-grade system experience
• Experience with operations research and network optimization (graph theory, shortest-path, flow models)
• Hands-on experience with modeling languages/solvers like Pyomo, CPLEX, or Gurobi

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vehicle routing or transportation systems
• Exposure to defense, government, or mission-critical logistics
• Experience with ML models, experimentation, or causal inference
