💼 About This Role

You'll own the international growth roadmap for Whatnot's non-US markets, driving acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to scale a repeatable growth playbook across geos and unlock multi-billion dollar GMV share. This role reports to a Senior Director and requires proximity to the London office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define international growth vision and roadmap across markets.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities and clear critical bugs.
• Champion hub-and-spoke model with core product teams.
• Own international growth metrics and country scorecards.
• Design and run experiments across the funnel with Data Science.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience including growth PM role.
• Proven track record driving measurable growth in consumer product or marketplace.
• Experience scaling international markets (launching, adapting, partnering).
• Strong data and experimentation skills with country-level analytics.
