💼 About This Role

You'll be one of the first engineers in our NYC office, building new AI products from the ground up in a 0-to-1 startup environment. You'll create novel interfaces for GenAI agents and drive end-to-end AI feature development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents managing complex workflows
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable solutions
• Lead hands-on full-stack development for dynamic user experiences
• Drive strategy for building end-to-end AI features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• 5+ years of experience with server-side web technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python)
• Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products
• Deep familiarity with LLMs and generative AI

• Product mindset with ability to translate ambiguous problems into MVPs
• High ownership and bias for action in 0→1 environments
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
