You will lead the Water/Wastewater Practice in the Northeast, shaping strategic direction, recruiting and mentoring staff, and driving growth and culture. You'll manage projects from development to completion, ensure high-quality deliverables, and build strong client relationships.

• Lead and inspire teams of engineers, scientists, and project managers
• Recruit, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level staff
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage projects from development to completion including budgets and schedules
• Champion QA/QC procedures and risk management
