You'll serve as the voice of Plaud AI in online communities, actively engaging users and enforcing guidelines. You'll champion customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and partner with cross-functional teams on community initiatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with users online, answer questions, and enforce community guidelines.
• Act as first responder for user-reported issues, troubleshooting and escalating bugs.
• Analyze community conversations to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams on community initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in a customer-facing role like community management or technical support.
• Native Japanese speaker with professional fluency in English or Mandarin.
• Passion for AI or consumer technology products.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
