💼 About This Role

You'll create high-performing video ads for our AI companionship platform, optimizing for user acquisition and engagement. You'll own the entire video production pipeline from concept to final cut, using generative AI tools to accelerate workflows. This role reports directly to the CMO in a fast-paced, category-creating company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit video ads for social and adult platforms focusing on conversion.
• Lead post-production including audio, graphics, and color grading.
• Collaborate with marketing on concepts and storyboards aligned with performance data.
• Use AI tools like Midjourney and Runway to enhance creative output.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing experience with ad portfolio for paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Proven experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion.
• Deep understanding of performance-driven creative and ad KPIs.
