💼 About This Role

You'll lead Relation's Data Platform team, defining the strategy for our unified data platform that integrates wet-lab and computational science. Your core impact will be scaling data processing infrastructure to accelerate drug discovery through machine learning and multi-omics. You'll manage the end-to-end data flow from lab instruments to FAIR-compliant information systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve unified data platform strategy
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Data Engineers
• Manage end-to-end data flow from lab instruments to processing systems
• Optimize scientific compute pipelines using Nextflow and Seqera Platform

📋 Requirements

• Bioinformatics or data engineering background with significant experience
• Familiarity with cloud systems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes
• Advanced Python or Rust programming skills
• Strong understanding of FAIR data principles

• Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Knowledge of Data as a Product thinking
