You'll assemble and test drive-through vehicle inspection scanners for a team combining AI research with real-world applications. Your work ensures high-quality production units that meet rigorous standards. This role offers the chance to troubleshoot and improve assembly processes in a cutting-edge environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install electrical hardware per wiring diagrams and safety codes
• Mount and secure electronic sub-assemblies and sensors
• Route, label and strain-relieve cabling
• Flash firmware and run scripted diagnostics
• Execute final functional tests and log data

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years electro-mechanical assembly or technician experience
• Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical exploded views
• Proficient with hand tools and torque drivers
• Basic computer literacy for command-line scripts

✨ Nice to Have

• IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification
• Experience with USB3/GigE cameras or machine-vision
• Python or shell scripting for test automation
