💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care and companionship to adults in their homes, helping them stay safe and independent. You'll follow a written plan of care and assist with activities of daily living, building close relationships with clients. This role offers flexible scheduling and paid training for certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Help with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifts

📋 Requirements

• Current CHHA license in good standing with New Jersey Board
• Minimum 1 year work experience
• Ability to travel to clients' homes in assigned counties
• Commitment to providing compassionate care

• Previous home health care or patient care experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Empathy and patience
