💼 About This Role

You'll own Neros's global facilities portfolio, anchored by a 250,000 sq ft drone manufacturing factory and extending across multiple sites. Your impact will be driving the facility from active build-out into a steady-state production powerhouse to support scaled manufacturing of defense systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and improve global facilities, owning layout, MEP infrastructure, and workflow optimization
• Set strategy, standards, and budget across all sites; manage Facilities Managers
• Own facilities operating budget, capital plan, and global vendor stack
• Run safety, EHS, and regulatory compliance programs
• Partner with Engineering and Production to translate scaling plans into infrastructure outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive facilities leadership in manufacturing
• 3+ years as functional owner of facilities (Director-level)
• Direct experience operating large production facilities (50,000+ sq ft)
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, fire code, EHS, hazmat regulatory frameworks

• Prior experience in defense or aerospace ITAR-regulated environments
• Experience standing up greenfield or large-scale facility build-outs
• Background scaling facilities at high-growth hardware startups
