💼 About This Role
You'll head and grow the merchant account management function in Paytm's online payment gateway business. You'll drive revenue through account retention, upsell, and cross-sell in the digital payments ecosystem, leading a team of KAMs and managing enterprise client relationships. This role offers a chance to impact India's largest digital lending story.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers
- Build and nurture CXO-level relationships at large merchants
- Drive upsell and cross-sell of payment solutions
- Track transaction trends and identify growth opportunities
📋 Requirements
- 10–12 years in Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management in Payments, Fintech, or BFSI
- Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing account managers or enterprise sales teams
- Deep understanding of payment gateway ecosystem, APIs, integrations, risk & settlement
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets and managing large merchant portfolios

- Background in engineering or post-graduate degree
