💼 About This Role

You'll head and grow the merchant account management function in Paytm's online payment gateway business. You'll drive revenue through account retention, upsell, and cross-sell in the digital payments ecosystem, leading a team of KAMs and managing enterprise client relationships. This role offers a chance to impact India's largest digital lending story.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers
  • Build and nurture CXO-level relationships at large merchants
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell of payment solutions
  • Track transaction trends and identify growth opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 10–12 years in Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management in Payments, Fintech, or BFSI
  • Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing account managers or enterprise sales teams
  • Deep understanding of payment gateway ecosystem, APIs, integrations, risk & settlement
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets and managing large merchant portfolios

  • Background in engineering or post-graduate degree
