  • Lead Front Office and Housekeeping departments daily operations.
  • Implement luxury service standards across all guest touchpoints.
  • Optimize RevPAR through strategic upsell programs and inventory management.
  • Manage Rooms Division budget, including P&L and Capex planning.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years progressive leadership in luxury hotel Rooms Division.
  • 3+ years as Department Head (e.g., Front Office Manager).
  • Advanced knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.
  • Proven ability to interpret P&L statements and manage labor costs.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Capex planning and procurement.
  • Understanding of RevPAR, ADR, and yield management.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software.
