Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, data science, physics, or engineering.
- 4+ years in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Software/Automation Engineering, or Process Engineering.
- 2+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Python, SQL, or R.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
