💼 About This Role

You'll drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with influential companies in Japan, delivering Unity's leading solutions. You'll manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, aligning with sales teams to accelerate growth. This role offers a chance to shape Unity's channel partnerships across APAC.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow key channel partners in Japan to drive revenue.
  • Own end-to-end partner lifecycle: recruit, enable, and activate.
  • Act as primary contact for partners, aligning with sales and BD teams.
  • Lead annual business planning and performance reviews.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies including onboarding and enablement.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven expertise in sell-with and sell-through partner strategies.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models with industrial sector sales experience.
  • Strong background in GTM plans and managing System Integrator relationships.
  • Ability to identify, recruit, and enable new partners in the local market.
  • Fluent Japanese and English (spoken and written).

  • Sales experience in industrial sectors like automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Real-time 3D or Digital Twins.
  • Experience with Digital Transformation (DX) projects.
