You'll assist with all phases of maintenance and grounds keeping, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform general repairs, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Assist with moving residents' furnishings as needed
• Support preventative maintenance program for equipment
• Maintain fire safety and other compliance documentation
• Assist with grounds keeping, weeding, mulching, and snow removal

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio driver's license
• General maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Mechanical experience with HVAC, mowers, and vehicles
