💼 About This Role

You'll join a NATO agency team to enable data-driven decision-making for CIS and cybersecurity projects. You'll maintain a prioritized project list and facilitate enterprise sizing workshops. This role offers direct impact on NATO enterprise coherence and strategic alignment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data on CIS and cybersecurity projects for senior leadership advice
• Maintain a prioritized project list and monitor progress
• Facilitate enterprise sizing workshops and develop sizing database
• Support portfolio governance and de-conflict initiatives across delivery streams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in project/program/portfolio management in ICT
• 2+ years in multi-cultural large international organization (e.g. NATO, EU)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification
• MoP Practitioner or PfMP certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Lean and Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, etc.)
• Organizational Change Management experience
• ITIL 3/4 knowledge
