Description

You will lead a global engineering team, driving best practices and fostering a culture of innovation to scale our high-performance engineering organization in a fast-paced startup. Your work will directly impact the development and delivery of our crypto payment infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering, 2-3 years in management
• Strong proficiency in backend languages (C#, Java, Scala, Go)
• Security-first mindset with knowledge of AuthN, AuthZ, SAML, API security, encryption
• Understanding of crypto concepts (blockchains, RPCs, self-custody wallets)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global engineering team
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
• Set engineering standards for secure, scalable, high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams on roadmaps
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools
