💼 About This Role

You'll architect and deliver end-to-end systems for energy transaction infrastructure at a high-growth startup. In your first year, you'll lead development of real-time pricing workflows and self-serve tools that redefine how brokers and customers interact with energy services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver end-to-end scalable systems and customer-facing portals
• Improve core platforms and developer tooling for faster building and testing
• Rapidly prototype new workflows and product ideas for broker and customer journey
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on high-impact solutions

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Senior or Staff Engineer in a high-growth startup or scale-up
• Proven ability to design and build complex systems at scale
• Deep experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
• Skilled in developing responsive front-ends using React

• Experience building internal tools or platforms for brokers, sales teams, or support agents
• Familiarity with real-time data processing or agentic/AI-driven systems
