You'll lead post-sale technical account strategy for Databricks' Healthcare & Life Sciences customers, driving adoption of the Data Intelligence Platform and ensuring customer success. You'll act as the accountable technical leader for complex use cases, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to maximize value and ROI. This hybrid role combines technical credibility with commercial growth responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan
• Serve as first contact for production/go-live technical issues
• Create and execute acceleration plans for key use cases
• Coordinate with Professional Services on engagement proposals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical project/program delivery for Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or technical architecture role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Experience with distributed data systems architecture
• Track record of overachievement against quota or goals
