Description

This entry-level role is your chance to join a team that's redefining apartment management. You'll handle property maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry, with on-call duties for after-hours emergencies. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, climb, squat, crawl, bend, push/pull
• Work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Work on-call for after-hours emergency service
• Maintain property grounds and household systems
• Use Company paperwork and safety manuals
• Communicate with customers
