🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers
• Define technical vision for user interface frameworks
• Engage design and product teams to prioritize requirements
• Set vision for future of AI user interfaces
• Refine designs considering technical constraints

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience
• Deep technical experience in React, CSS, and Figma
• Proven experience coordinating across multiple teams
• Excellent communication and people management skills
