💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in creating the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations. You'll also step up to lead the sales floor when the manager is away.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using store equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
