Description
You will lead lifecycle strategy across the EU market, driving customer engagement, rebill performance, and long-term value. You'll own the EU lifecycle marketing strategy across the full customer journey, build automated programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize retention and customer experience.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, ideally in DTC subscription or recurring revenue businesses
- Proven track record executing growth strategies across email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail, and referral programs
- Strong technical fluency with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze) and ecommerce ecosystems (e.g., Shopify)
- Analytical, commercially minded, and customer-obsessed
- Experience operating in remote or distributed teams preferred
Responsibilities
- Own EU lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, growth, retention, and winback
- Build, launch, and optimize automated lifecycle programs using behavioral and transactional data
- A/B test campaigns to improve engagement, rebill rate, churn, and LTV
- Partner with MarTech to implement churn prevention and reactivation capabilities
- Monitor and report on core retention metrics; conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities
