You'll lead a high-performing customer-facing team at Robinhood, focusing on complex financial topics like stock trading and market mechanics. You'll coach and develop team members to meet performance targets and elevate the customer experience while serving as a subject matter expert on equities.

  • Coach and develop a team of customer experience professionals

  • Serve as escalation point for stock trading and market inquiries
  • Support team with equities expertise including options and margin

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 (or 9/10) licenses
  • Prior leadership experience as Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of financial services, specifically equities and corporate actions
