💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of Watershed's product engineering teams and customers, doing hands-on work to drive adoption of new AI products for sustainability. You'll co-develop AI skills, build prototypes, and close the feedback loop between customers and product. This is a deliberately experimental role on a small incubation team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with product and engineering teams and customers to drive adoption through beta and GA.
• Co-develop agent skills, prompts, and workflows that unlock new use cases.
• Build AI-assisted scripts and prototypes to solve novel sustainability problems.
• Close the feedback loop between customers and product to shape future builds.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in sustainability, technical, or customer-facing role.
• Experience building scripts, prototypes, data pipelines, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Fluent with data tools (Excel, SQL, Python) for wrangling messy data.
• Experience with AI tooling including building skills or prototyping agent workflows.

• Understanding of corporate sustainability: scope 1/2/3 emissions, product footprints.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration in an incubation team.
• Strong storytelling with data from raw numbers to recommendations.
