You'll lead outpatient CDI projects at UASI, guiding staff and partnering with clients to improve documentation quality. Your core impact will be monitoring project results and ensuring client satisfaction. This role stands out for its focus on sustainable outpatient CDI strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead project kick-off meetings using the project toolkit
• Conduct operational assessments and implement improvement actions
• Monitor key metrics including productivity and staff utilization
• Mentor staff on project deliverables and client communication

📋 Requirements

• Active credential from ACDIS, AHIMA, or AAPC
• Subject matter expertise in Outpatient CDI in consulting
• Exceptional client communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of mid-revenue cycle operations including CDI/HIM
