Description

In this role, you will join IXL Learning's customer support team to assist teachers, students, parents, and school administrators via chat, phone, and email. You'll develop deep product expertise, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve IXL's personalized learning products.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Some customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high level of product expertise
  • Identify customer needs and advise on best practice use of IXL software
  • Provide ongoing support via chat, phone, and email
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze and replicate software problems for bug reports
  • Create and maintain product documentation for internal teams and customers
