Description

You will drill, cut, and tap aluminum and stainless steel using milling and lathe machines. You'll read orders and blueprints, set up machines, monitor production, and perform maintenance to ensure accurate and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in math
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks

Responsibilities

• Review orders and prepare for milling, lathes, and drilling processes
• Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines
• Read drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production
• Select appropriate machine and settings for each task
• Monitor production and adjust feed and settings as needed
