You'll build high-quality backend systems for a fast-growing fintech redefining consumer lending. You'll own features end-to-end, from technical design to deployment and iteration, working with Python, Django, and GraphQL. This role offers a path to quickly grow into a senior contributor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship backend features using Python, Django, and GraphQL
• Own backend work from concept through delivery including design and testing
• Collaborate with internal teams and external engineering partners
• Contribute to backend architecture, API design, and data modelling

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building backend systems with Python
• Practical experience working with Django
• Experience designing or consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience working with Postgres and relational data models

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PDF generation or document rendering workflows
• Experience in early-stage or fast-moving product teams
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure operations
